On behalf of the Email Service Provider Coalition (ESPC), I am submitting the following comments to the FTC in response to the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the CAN-SPAM Act. The comments in this letter are specifically related to the FTC's request for comments on the feasibility of a do-not-email registry (DNE Registry, DNE, or the Registry). The ESPC will be submitting comments on the other components of the AN PR under separate cover.
