Excerpt: Information digest of section 4 Section 4 outlines the key components of pest risk analysis and explains its growing importance to plant health in general and in managing invasive alien species. It covers the revision of an international standard for phytosanitary measures (namely ISPM 11) to account for environmental risks associated with plant pests (including loss of biodiversity).
